Supplement Reviews That Start with the Research
Independent assessments of health supplements — what the clinical evidence actually supports, what's marketing hype, and where your money is best for each health goal.
What is Vitamin Review? It's an independent supplement review site covering six major health categories. We evaluate products based on ingredient quality, clinical evidence, manufacturer credibility, and value — not who pays us the most.
The supplement industry does $60 billion a year in the US alone, and most of it is driven by marketing rather than science. Our job is to cut through that. Every review starts with the published research on key ingredients, then evaluates how well each product delivers on those ingredients in effective doses.
We don't accept paid placements or sponsored rankings. Products earn their position based on evidence and value. When we recommend something, it's because the data supports it — and when we don't, we'll tell you why.
